Bookings

All reservations must be made with a valid credit card. A valid credit card is also required at check-in. 

Viewing 

If you are interested in viewing the facility please call and make an appointment. 

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made 48 hrs prior to check-in for a refund. A refund will be issued to the card used for the booking.  There will be a $20 administration fee charged the card.

For long weekends cancellations must be made 7 days prior to check-in for a refund.

Willow Inn is the perfect place for guests who are seeking a homely and peaceful stay, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. As a family-owned hotel, we focus on providing our guests with a personalized experience and a cozy atmosphere. Our spacious, clean and well-appointed rooms are perfect for relaxation, and our attentive staff is always on hand to ensure that your stay is pleasant. Please respect our quiet time from 11 pm, so that all our guests may enjoy a peaceful night's rest.

Check in Time

Check-in time is between 3pm and 9pm unless prior arrangements have been made. If none have been made and you arrive past 9pm there will be a late fee charged to the card on file.

Check-out is 11:00am. 

Pets

Willow Inn is a pet free facility. 

Smoking 

100% smoke free rooms. There is a designated smoking area out front.

No vaping allowed anywhere indoors.
